Eagle's Wings ~ Considering God's Creation

I was so thrilled to find out we would be reviewing this science curriculum from Eagle's Wings. We have been wanting a more interesting science program around here. I didnt know what to expect, but I was not disappointed! When I first opened the box and started flipping through the pages the kids gathered around and ooohed and ahhhed and asked if we could start it right away. Sure why not?

The hands on projects are so interesting for them, I started a binder for each of the kids to keep their pages in as they complete them. They love showing it off to daddy and anyone else who will look at it. I cant believe how much they remember from the lessons. It fits our Charlotte Mason style of homeschooling very well in my opinion. I like hands on work, and doing things together with the kids. Only basic materials are needed for completing the crafty workbook pages, like glue, scissors, colored pencils, etc. Stuff we already had. Awesome! No prep work for me is a huge bonus!

The teachers manual is so easy to use, it tells me what to say and explains how to do the projects very well. I also found it very easy to adjust the lessons so my 4 year old could join in, and she has her own binder too. Considering God's Creation was written for 2nd to 7th graders. Since I have 2 second graders I wondered if it might be a little on the difficult side since they are on the lower end of the scale. It has been a perfect fit however.

I love how this science is all creation based, it covers so many topics. We can get a year or more of lessons out of this one book. Just look at all the topics included.....

Considering God's Creation is what I consider an incredible value too. Just $29.95 for the teacher's manual, a student workbook with 272 pages and a CD. Additional student workbooks are $13.95 if you need them. They do allow photocopying for your family's use only.
